Delivery: Delivery
is usually about four to six weeks.
Full performance by Fersa shall be deemed to have
occurred upon shipment from Fersa. Fersa reserves
the right to cancel or decline all or part of orders
in which, the price, finish or quantity is not in
agreement with Fersa´s policy. Shipping schedules
are estimated based on our best judgment, but it cannot
be guaranteed, nor can these estimates be considered
legally binding. We reserve the right to select final
carrier for any shipment. When customer specifies a
route with a higher rate, the difference will be added
to the invoice. When delivered to the carrier, shipments
become property of the purchaser who assumes the risk
of loss or damage in transit.
Claims and Returns: All
claims for damages and shortages must be reported
to Fersa in writing within 5 days after delivery.
Returned goods will no be accepted without express
written authorization. All stock items returned in
original condition will be credited to customer's
account, less a 25% restocking charge. Special order
goods and finishes are not returnable. Any product
damaged in shipping due to customer negligence will
not be accepted for return for credit. All returned
goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
