Terms and conditions
All our prices are based in US dollars, freight door to door by main international carriers will be charged accordingly. All Fersa´s products are free of duties for US destinations, and proper documentation will be provided. To place an order it is necessary to issue a purchase order. A 50% deposit is needed for purchase orders over 1.000 U$S dollars. The balance will be due upon receipt of courrier's export documents. Production will begin after the deposit is credited in our U.S. bank account.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be invoiced according to current prices in effect at time of order. All prices shown in price list are net prices in U$S dollars. We are not responsible for misprints or typographical errors.
Delivery
Delivery is usually about four to six weeks. Full performance by Fersa shall be deemed to have occurred upon shipment from Fersa. Fersa reserves the right to cancel or decline all or part of orders in which, the price, finish or quantity is not in agreement with Fersa´s policy. Shipping schedules are estimated based on our best judgment, but it cannot be guaranteed, nor can these estimates be considered legally binding. We reserve the right to select final carrier for any shipment. When customer specifies a route with a higher rate, the difference will be added to the invoice. When delivered to the carrier, shipments become property of the purchaser who assumes the risk of loss or damage in transit.
Claims and Returns
All claims for damages and shortages must be reported to Fersa in writing within 5 days after delivery. Returned goods will no be accepted without express written authorization. All stock items returned in original condition will be credited to customer's account, less a 25% restocking charge. Special order goods and finishes are not returnable. Any product damaged in shipping due to customer negligence will not be accepted for return for credit. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
Special Orders
Special orders shall be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 40%.

We can reproduce period pieces from your sample and create new designs according to your specs. Product changes: We reserve the right to discontinue, alter, modify, or redesign products without liability for the obsolescense of customers inventories.
Fersa Decorative Hardware One Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is extended to all end-users of Fersa Decorative Hardware. Your Fersa product is warranted to be free from mechanical, manufacturing, materials, and workmanship defects. If such a defect occurs, Fersa will, at its option either repair or replace the defective product or materials. If replacement is elected, Fersa will not be responsible for installation or refinishing of replacement parts.
This limited warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date your Fersa product was originally purchased. The warranty of replacement products (including upgrades thereto) furnished pursuant to this warranty will be limited to the remainder of the warranty period of the original unit.
All non-brass finishes are plated over solid brass. While we believe the quality of our plating and lacquering to be superior, no plated finish can be guaranteed. Its durability is in direct relationship to the quality of the maintenance and proper installation.
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, and no person (including any agent, dealer, or representative) is authorized to make any representation or warranty concerning this product except to refer purchasers to this warranty.
