A professional project manager will be assigned to each order. Using our specially designed computer software and database, all decorative hardware will be specified and scheduled in a door-by-door basis.
FERSA has a team of professionals which includes in-house architects and designers trained in the U.S. This team will collaborate with all parties involved to make the project flow in a coordinated manner.
FERSA’s door schedule is issued at no charge, upon customer’s special request..
Only with the reception of confirmation and approval from our customers about the proposed schedule and defined specs, FERSA will trigger the production of the order.
The assigned project manager coordinates all steps and provides specification information, finished samples and templates. The product is delivered packaged and labeled by door. This service is critical to ensure an efficient installation.
Once the order has been delivered FERSA
will always be available during the installation process either
by phone, fax or mail, in order to answer questions and suggest
recommendations.
