Fersa
is currently involved in several non-profit preservation
projects.
By donating its work to public institutions such as the National
Museum of Decorative Arts of Argentina (http://www.mnad.org),
Fersa contributes to preserve the history of the hardware
industry alive.
Fersa holds a collection that spans
6 centuries in the development of hardware design. Our collection of over 7,000 models, drawings and books is
jealously stored and maintained.
By making our collections and knowledge available to the
trade and the community at large Fersa reinforces its daily
commitment to the development of the hardware industry.
Fersa is also engaged in education by offering periodical
lectures on the history and development of art styles &
design.
If you have any project where we can offer
some of our knowledge and resources, please do not hesitate
to contact us in
order to evaluate availability. We are always eager to help
and support institutions interested in the preservation of
this ancient trade.
